Daisy is a great horsewoman and helps me keep our 2 competition ponies fit. As I have recently discovered it is a huge bonus now that she has passed her Equine Sports Massage course with flying colours! Our new event pony Dippie didn’t seem herself last week, tossing her head and not working properly. We thought she was being a bit naughty and fresh as it was dark and windy but it did seem out of character! At the end of the week Daisy rode her for a schooling session and within a few minutes said that she felt the pony was not right. She said she felt she was uncomfortable through her neck. We had a think and remembered that Dippie had managed in a clever Houdini’esque manoeuvre to escape from her rug earlier on in the week and that the rug must have gone over her head. We decided to abandon schooling and Daisy gave her a treatment. She was very sore through the top part of her neck and her pectoral area which made complete sense and we think she must have strained these areas getting out of her rug. On Daisy’s advice, the next day we hacked her out, and the following day we took her for a gentle jump training session. She was way more comfortable and didn’t head shake once. I am enormously grateful that we have a key member of our team who was able to quickly identify the problem and quickly treat it.

"Daisy worked with our pony Beauty, she was punctual and friendly on arrival. Session was thorough and Daisy was very knowledgeable and informative. We were also given exercises and stretches to work with. Beauty really enjoyed her treatment and we have seen much improvement since we will definitely be booking again!"

"I can’t recommend daisy enough. She was really relaxed around the horses and explained everything she was doing and why. After the massage Ronnie was much more relaxed and began to use his backend more which has reflected in my increased dressage test scores. Daisy also left me with exercises to ensure Ronnie continues to maintain the change and try and prevent his back and hamstrings tightening as quickly again."
